The Team

I am Andrew Burns, Co-Founder & President of LEGACYCRAFT LLC. My background extends from computational based cancer imaging research to biomedical device design and manufacturing. This unique background has given me a different perspective into product development through engineering. I have experience in software development, image processing, research, coding in Python/C++/MATLAB, as well as manufacturing of carbon fiber products. In my time outside of work, I enjoy fly-fishing/bass fishing, working on cars,  and watersports. 

I am Dexten Retchloff, the Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer of LEGACYCRAFT LLC, currently situated in Birmingham, AL. My formative years were spent on a cattle ranch in a small town near Springfield, MO, fostering an upbringing rooted in the core values of hard work, discipline, and a strong sense of family. Guided by these principles, I approach endeavors with a principled and directive mindset. In my time outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities (running, tennis, climbing, and motorcycle excursions), community service, and academic pursuits. My diverse background encompasses business, research, design, coding, and machinery expertise, allowing me to holistically assess challenges and provide distinctive insights and solutions.
